Resubmitting îs not good...
Maybe it had a reason that it was blammed. If you resubmit something, you should first make some improvement whixh explain why it is better than the previous version. In this case, you submitted a drawing game with much less functions than MS Paint. appreciate your programming skills and I am sure it took you much time, but the game is just not interesting or other users.
If you use a simple concept, you should add something individual to distinguish it from other programs- e.g., drawing with famous paintings as background, painting on a web-cam picture, or drawing on a template.
