Great Job.
It was a great game and the first idea ive ever seen like that. The graphics were good but, obviously, you already realize from previous complaints that its short. But overall, with a little more work, it could be a newgrounds classic!

It was pretty cheap
I'm glad you acknowledged that it was a rip-off. But, for your first game, it was decent. The enemy ghosts could go through walls, the graphics needed to be much better, and you suddenly win for no apparent reason. Try harder next time, but hey, it was playable.

But this game just isn't fun to play. Keep working on your code to make it flawless and work on your level design. The pacmen would break out of their lines and there were only two lines to start with making the game unfun and funfair.
