Overall, very well done.
I noticed a few bugs. For one, my mage only has the first three spells, even though i've gotten more. i can't access the new ones, no matter what i do. I also frequently get a bug where a black bar is covering a portion of the screen, covering some important buttons and making lock-picking difficult.
A few suggestions:
-hotkeys!
-a setting for faster battle settings/animations (i had to use cheat engine to speed up the game, because my patience was wearing thin.)
-a one button click to skip a character's turn. having to click the direction arrow every time is annoying, when you don't want to do anything with a particular character for a few turns.
-perhaps make diminishing returns for experience. part way through the game, it's much more time efficient to kill 10 easy monsters and get the same experience as it is to kill 5 hard monsters and get the same experience. i found myself going to easier levels to farm experience, which is boring.
Almost perfect
This is a very good game, but it has some setbacks.
- like a lot of people are saying, faster battle speed
- something that allows you to skip a person's turn
- better experience and ways of distributing it
Also it really gets repettetive.
Overall it's a really great game and one of the best games on Newgrounds in my opinion.
