One small suggestion...
Could we have subtitles for Cindy? All I could understand was "Did he just fart in my face?"
But other than that good stuff. I feel bad that people will vote 0 and say how bad smoking is. Satire is new to them?

that was really funny, but some of the audio and voices you couldn't hear what was being said.

First of all, the art was amazing. It reminded me of Ren and Stimpy from way back when in a lot of ways. The script was pretty good too, but I wish you would've done the audio a bit better. I think I understood half of what the little girl was saying. All in all though, well done.
PS: I'm glad you wrote your personal backstory in the comments up above. I wish more artists/writers/editors did this as it gives the animation more character that way. Keep up the great work!
