Reviews for "Tobacco Man"

Man, Nice job

I just hate cigarettes and any other drugs with all my guts.
This one is very well animated and sarcastic as hell! I'll join you soon!
One favorite coin for you!

WeirdOwl responds:

I have a similar feeling about drugs, so I'm really glad you can see the sarcasm of the piece. That was always a concern I had about making this, whether people would get that by watching him and watching how awful he is, you could recognize that he is a pretty messed-up dude and thus go along for the messed-up ride and laugh.

The hero is the idiotic villain with upbeat theme music, a Stan Smith(american dad). He's the "what if" everything about smoking had positive effects for one person. I see it like Spiderman. Peter Parker got bit by a radioactive spider and became a superhero. Other people just got lymphoma and died. Tobacco Man got cancer and it turned out to be a sidekick. Everyone else who got it and had horrible consequences. and TM is none the wiser.

I love tabacco man

He has a heart of solid gold and lungs as black as the night sky.

Original and awesome

Enjoyed it from start to end, very funny!

hahaha

that was a good one!

my only issue was i couldnt hear most of what was being said! like the narrater's vioce kind of faded out as he was speaking. definatly need some work doing in that area, but otherwiase, it was brill :D

I like it a lot.

It has a good, crude, message about morals and all that good stuff, and the animation was good too. My only Complaint is that the audio was kind muffled sounding and you couldn't really hear the narrator and I barley caught the joke when he flew away from the little girl saying "Call me when you're 18!"
All-in-all it was fantastic, just needs work on an audible audio.

WeirdOwl responds:

You're totally right. I tried compressing it to a small file size since I edited in Final Cut and sacrificed audio for size. Thanks for the tip :)
