good but loyalty?
i liked it but for some reason.. pico had quite a problem with doing his tasks..
even though he had about 60%
whereas... nene had like only 20% loyalty and never refused to do a task.

Good, but...
To be honest, the game moves very slowly. It would be better if resting revived all of your strength, or if spending 14 energy to learn more skills would do more than just about double the 7 energy ones.
Also, loyalty seems to be fickle, especially with Pico. Pico i could have over 80% loyalty, but he'll still ignore orders. Yet with Nene, her loyalty could go down to 40% before she starts flaking on me.
Also, I think a save file would be a great addition. I'm on my fourth try, and i had to start over each time.
I think the idea that you have to think ahead on where you place the buildings is great and makes the player think ahead, however the only suggestion i could suggest is maybe a option to rotate the buildings to make them fit in tight spaces, or to add an option to demolish buildings for a cost and a few days.
I like the Mc Fulp building, but if you change your mind about chilling out there before progressing to the next day, it won't give you your money back. Which kinda sucked when i only had like $20 to begin with.
Also, money eventually just builds up, I'm at a point in the game where i've bought everything i could and researched everything i could. I'm just not sure what else to do now in the game.
Overall, I think this game has alot of great ideas in it and with maybe just a few tweeks, it would be even better. I love the effort put into this and I love the graphics, no complaints there. This game, even as it is now, is an elite addition to newgrounds.

But the lack of a save system hurts the score a bit.

they are to disloyal you can save your work and you can remove thing you place like the bar when you get the pub you dont want the bar any more great game but has some bugs
