Actually, I made the secret level after I put in the medals, so it was too late.

i found a secret level,when you die(Stamper) put your cursor onto the far right pack of cigars near the grave it should say secret level then click on it

Easier than it looks
If you just stand to the far left of the screen and jump only when you see a bee or cactus you can get the medals really easy.
