I've always had a sweet spot for chess and this is just what i was looking for. Only thing that left me unhappy was that the AI. Even so great work!

Nice game
I played this on FGL and liked it a lot.
But the game wont open for me here on NG? I am using Mozilla and never had a problem with this game before.
I tried to reload it a few times, but the loader hung at like 90%

I could have sworn the king could capture to get out of check...

As a keen chess player I am really delighted you have created this wonderfully simplistic yet complex game. You have done something great by making the novice level a real novice level and it is easy for anyone to learn without being demolished in 3 moves. I will try the much harder levels no doubt at a later date. I am going to favourite it and give 5's every day. Let me know if you will be needing any music for any future endeavours as I will gladly dedicate my time to you.
