Not bad, but...
I like the idea of a suicide competition, but the plot is so vague that I'm wondering exactly what is up with these characters. Is there one in particular that I should be rooting for? What exactly are there motivations for joining the competition? Do they just want to kill themselves for no reason?
In addition, all four characters look the same aside from the color scheme. Some distinguishing traits would be nice. There is no real dialogue, which would have helped set up a story line, or differentiate the characters.
The music is pretty nice, although after a couple minutes it began to become irritating, to the point that I began to get a migraine. Maybe a softer tune would be helpful.
Aside from the characters, the graphics aren't fantastic, but they get the job done. I can clearly tell what each item is, and what they are doing with each item, even if I don't know why. The animation is fluid, and does help to keep the viewer interested.
I like the concept, and the execution isn't horrible, but there could be adjustments made that would make it better.

The idea that they joining the competition to kill themself was Crazy!
I create this to make it funny and a little cool!
But I will think about this when I make another movie.
Not a bad start.
I've seen plenty of flashes like this before, and I still don't mind checking them out, for quality purposes.
Lots of room for improvement, though you probably already know that, but what I'm really concerned about is the immense file size.
Try to crush it down to something more reasonable lol.
