A little basic

I think that you've got the wrong idea about dressup games here - they are far more complex than you give them credit for.

You need lots of things to equip the character with - plenty of sets of eyes and hairstyles was a good start, but bunch them up closer together, or even set them on tabs, so that people can flick through what they want. Eyes, hair, ears, hats, jewellery, clothes and the like.

A choice of music would be good, rather than just the one tune, with no option to even turn it down, or mute it.

I think that you've got the potential to do something better, but please spend some time creating it, first, as the drawing is quite good, but zoom in a little, to get more control and giving you greater levels of detail for the finished piece, when you zoom back out.

Finally, change the physics of the ball - it spends so much time off screen, that I can't play keepy-up with the ball. Perhaps put a ceiling on the screen and slow it down a little, just to keep people interested while either the game loads or people enjoy themselves.

Graphics and animation
Remember that graphics and animations, or at least the first part, are really vital parts in any flash. The graphics here are poorly drawn and way too simple. Don't use so simple colors, but mix em up a bit. Spend more time on the drawings, as well.

Story/Plot
There's not supposed to be much story here, but take this as an advice on what to add to the content.
More. Simply, more. More hair, more beard, different styles, more clothes, heck, add a body and a background, or even better, multiple backgrounds!

Audio
Please, PLEASE, add a mute button, for those of us who can't stand this kind of music. Or at least some other choices! This didn't really go well with a dress-up type game.

Conclusion
Not absolutely horrible, but not close to being good. You need to spend much more time on the drawings and add more content.

Hmm...

Pretty simple for a dressup game. Like in a lot of your other submissions, this needs more variety.

The artwork was nothing too special, as Fro said. The hair needed more texture, the nose was too big, the beard was too big and needed texture too, and in all, it was pretty simple. Some animation would be cool in this.

The layout was a little bothersome. The head wasn't in the exact middle, the buttons 'reset' and 'back' were in the way, and there's limited space. I'd suggest making the head a little bigger, and putting it in the middle, and placing the buttons somewhere at the top and making them smaller (or making them icons, and the words come up under your mouse when you hover your mouse on them).

Then, you could add these small arrows at the side, top and bottom with 'Hair', 'Nose', 'Eyes', 'Accessories', 'Beards', etc, written next to each one, which, when you click on them, a wall of the requested items move in from the side, top, or bottom, you can drag the item you want, and when you click on the arrow again, it disappears back where it came from, leaving the arrow only so you can click it again. It'll give you more space to put more variety, make it more organized, and not make the game all cramped. Plus, if you don't put an item somewhere on the person's head, it disappears onto the wall of items you got it from.

A choice of music would be cool as well. The one right now is fine, but some more variety would be great and boost your score up for sure.

Well... I've seen better dress up games... Work on the variety of it a little more to make it better.

~ Animation/Graphics ~

The graphics themselves weren't that great. Very simple/rough drawings. Pretty much I'm saying the artwork itself could have been a bit better. Sometimes if people put in some animated stuff like winking eyes, etc.. it can look a bit better also.

~ Story/Content ~

I know this is just a head, but it might be nice to have a dress up with the entire body. There just wasn't much here all around. Perhaps when you were done there could be a view selection where you can then choose different backgrounds to see what your character looks like and stuff against different backgrounds such as a town, forest, house, etc..

~ Audio ~

Music was fine all around. Nothing to really critique there.

~ Overall ~

Just really needs some work on the art work and then some more content such as more of the body and backgrounds can make it better.

To get a certain colour of glasses, add them all to eachother
Blue + Purple = Black
White + Purple = Pink
White + Blue = Grey
Blue + White + Purple = Dark Brown
