Nice work
It's a solid flash animation, but you've got a ways to go. While it's alright to use them, I don't really like Dragonball-esque sound effects or music in flashes since everybody uses them in action flashes for fight scenes. I'd complain that you overdid effects, but they actually go with the fight fairly well.
