How to get all medals:
WARNING!! SPOILERS!!

-Just can't wait: Type "deliver" in the main menu.
-Can't concentrate: Unlocked with "xyzzy" achievement. Check Below.
-Confuzzled: Fail the game by waiting for the time to run out without typing in anything.
-Filthy hands: Unlocked with "xyzzy" achievement. Check below.
-Goodbye world: Type suicide
-Hercules: Wear the gloves, take your pills, blindfold tom and type "pull".
-Play again?: Type play while already in game.
-Speedy delivery: Complete the game in less than 20 seconds.
-Thats disgusting!: Wear gloves, Take pills, but dont blindfold tom. Type pull.
-Wrong way: Type "push".
-You're too slow!: run out of time.
-It's a boy!: Deliver successfully.
-xyzzy: Type xyzzy. Something cheesy will happen O.o.
