Still, there are so many on Newgrounds already that I really can't give it a higher score...

would have liked to be able to change parameters of effects (such as size, speed, colors, rotation) with some additional keyboard commands.

Well, I thought about that and decided not to because many would not understand HOW to do that.

Not very original
Mouse cursors are fun to play with, but get boring when they arent original. Ive seen many of these before and the rest are just modfied versions of other cursors. Im waiting for a day when i see some new, truly creative and entertaining cursors. I will give you a 7 for your effort, though.
