Good start to your little animating gig. You seem to take some angles and frames that are feared by new animators, so well done for not skipping corners.
You look like you have potential, enjoy Flash and I hope to see some good things from you in the future.

i can see where youre going with this idea. it has potential. but about everything in this needs some sort of improvement. first, raise the frame rate (or frames per second) to something higher. i suggest 24 for good smooth results. the character designs are very bland and need work, so they look more like characters instead of just some little figures. more frame by frame would also be appreciated. pretty cool for your first flash though.

Pretty good for a first animation! You might want to add a play(); script on the 2nd frame after the preloader so people don't need to right-click.
The overall concept was good, graphics could of been better, but hey, it's your first shot.

i tried to keep it simple so i could test out some animation techniques and stuff.
