i have to say that honestly i have not watched something like this that has managed to capture my exact feelings about things at the time, i congratulate you for managing to put something together like this that is so perfect in its execution of what you are trying to convey.
I wish you much luck in your your future submissions and guarantee that i will be looking out for more from you. if could do animation i wish i could do it as effectively as you have here.
Amazing for a 1st submission
For a first submission, very impressive. The smooth movements of the animations, the crisp and clear design level of the characters and the attention to the importance in lyrics put you up there with the up-coming artists to look for in the near future.
The weakest part of the flash, in my respectful opinion, was the running part. The legs and body were a bit too stiff; I am not too familiar with flash, but if you could add a little bounce/motion then it would improve sections like that tenfold.
However, this is the kind of comment I would expect to say to Egoraptor or Krinkles etc (the Veterans of Flash). For me to use such advanced and highly demanding criticisms for your first flash is astounding. You have potential to be a forerunner in the medium of flash videos, and you deserve all the praise you are receiving.
Good luck with the exams (I remember my G.C.S.E's - bloody nightmare) and i'll be looking forward to later submissions in the summer.
