Had a funny plot and some good dialogue.
Sounds like you recorded the sound in a metal box with the mic across the room. Fix up your recording... and you're doing some great work!
Won me over slowly
The drawings are good, and I'll forgive the choppiness of the animation, but the sound needs redoing (although maybe the original files are fine and it's just an effect of sound compression). The characters are pretty doofy, although The Wolf won me over with his unintelligible womanizing. I'd definitely watch the hypothetical end of this before making up my mind for good.

There is choppiness due to my laziness. No excuse really but I am trying to make these episodes 12 minutes long and with 6 episodes it may take me awhile. I really want to get to Wolf's episode. He hijacks a horse and buys a prostitute, and ultimately drives a train through town.

This is crazy awesome.
You are right though, it's definitely not perfect, needs some tweeking.
But for a pilot, it certainly makes me want to see more. This. Must. Be. Made. It has promise by the truckload. The art is immense.
If I was gonna be critical, which I think I should be, so it can be perfecto. I would say that the sound needs a little bit of work, just a little quieter, maybe not so close to the mic, so there's no clippyness. I think the animation could be smoother, it may be my computer, may not, but it seems the tiniest bit choppy, little puppety, but it's alright as it is.
Humour, awesome. Just awesome, hope you keep it up.
I see this being a mighty successful venture. Wish my associates where of a similar calibre :P
