it's ok
but i did have a glich, i died with the pistol (it had full ammo) and when i came back, i could shoot bullets with my hands, they were pistol rounds and unlimited amount (as long as you had stamina) might want to fix that

Resident Evil?
Nice game, very similar to Resident Evil simply because of the fighting system and slow gameplay which is a plus. Graphics were decent and some areas ( Like the stairs) only allowed you to go down at the very center this was also the case near walls, maybe you should allow the player to have more maneuvering room. Last criticism is that there is little or no music :( I like the zombie sound effects but I'm sure you can find some eerie for the background because if your going for something similar to resident evil, the reason that game was so successful is the music. Something to think about, anyway I enjoyed playing you game, keep it up.
Good but...
It's a pretty solid game but, trying to run was a little difficult if i wanted to stop running and fight the zombies. It would be a little easier if you could put the run button and the attack mode button closer to each other

Like: Zombies, narrative, sound
Dislike: getting stuck behind bushes, holding v to fight for no clear reason (please change this!)
A few things
Gave your game a fair shot and a few changes would greatly enhance the experience. Changes you should make include movement and attacking. If you could switch movement to a simple, up goes up, down goes down, etc. dodging zombies would be easier. As is, once you're up against a zombie and you need to get some distance, you're already dead once you turn around. Also you could simplify attacks to one button. The fighting stance doesn't do much.
Story and graphics were fine, nothing to change there. Looking forward to see what you do in this 5 part series.
