Reviews for "Cursor Fx"

Nice effects.

Company websites and advertisements would go nuts over stuff like this. The game got a little tiresome as the cursor doesn't change with each collection of the green dot. collecting a green dot is not fun. so i just held space and clicked my way through all the mouse designs. some were boring and somewhat unimaginative, but i guess that's what happens when you are pushing for a number like 200. you will end up with some fluff amongst the good stuff. over all, very nice. what was that song again?

Ockam responds:

It's Primavera, from Ludovico Einaudi.

You'r right about some effect a little boring, 200 effects, sometimes, it's long :)

Hypnotic

While there wasn't much to say about it gameplay wise, for some reason the fancy mouse effects and awesome music (What is that song? Who made it?) made this a hypnotic experience.

I was really expecting just some effects, so I got more then I bargained for :)

(I did noticed a few performance problems though, with the spawning mostly, the effect/motion & sound seemed unaffected)

I like the uniqueness, but some bad points as well

Good Points:
I liked how it was in the style of a game; it made it more interactive and interesting than the 'left and right arrows to toggle cursors' style I've always seen.
The animation was very well done. Also, I enjoyed how some of the red and green 'lines' wouldn't form a circle and would simply fall through the play area. Kept it interesting.

Bad Points:
Though it was styled as a game, it was a 'get boring quick' style of game combined with the 'get boring quick' cursor flash. Though it wasn't as 'get boring quick' as the two would normally be on their own, it was a bit long (200 cursors to see) to finish without getting bored first.
Some of the cursors were styled in a way that it was difficult to tell where the actual cursor itself was. This made it difficult to catch the green circles.
Finally, when a cursor had a tail or some sort of thing going away from the cursor itself (of which there were many), if the tail hit a circle, it would count that as a hit. This hindered me many times when the tail of my cursor would hit 3 or 4 red circles one after the other.

All in all, I like the uniqueness, but it is still a boring genre of game (which is no fault of yours) and there are a few glitches. Keep up the good work, though :)

TRIPPY

its so trippy. i never thought i could feel so high while playing a game.

boring+bad spelling=7/10

prisme is spelled "prism" and that's on your screen for a while, so it is a bit of a problem IMO
it does get boring, but the game itself ids pretty cool
I love the music and the different shapes, so I'll give it a 7
