It's alright.
Like you said, it is a little choppy, but not entirely bad. Not too shabby for a first upload. The humor was there, so all you need to work on is the art and animation. Keep with it. =]

Sure it's not perfect, but I love the idea.
Hmm... I think you should work a bit more the animation (of the disaster itself, for example). Or add some details.
But still, those 20.556 seconds of my life were nice.
You can just improve from now on.

You know, although the animation could be improved, I actually enjoyed this short. The concept is good, and I enjoyed how the one little fellow was so absorbed in his work that he didn't notice what was going on right behind him. And, of course, the mudkip was a nice touch. Good job.

I noticed you said upload so i guess you done a few animations before this, which is good because that got all the terrible moving live animations out of your system that some people like to submit.Like the fact that i herd u lieked teh mudkips was in there.even though it wasnt actually thats what i was thinking.good work. keep doing more and eventually youll be making great stuff :D
