A classy issue 200
As a longstanding TMS fan, I approached this with some caution: it's been my experience that when comics are animated the humour sometimes suffers. That IS the case here, but the tradeoff is a fight that genuinely deserves to be animated, and does end on an ok gag.
And a brief note to people who rated lower or insulted Psy because Megaman lost: wake up and smell your own crap. Even Megaman's fan comics insult him! You want to see him win, make your own frikkin' cartoon/comic. Nothing wrong with not liking this, but give a real reason.
