A decent test, but don't forget to add sound effects and music, and the white bars on the side look unprofessional, if there is something there, be sure to use an actual layer with a background, because autobackground does not work on all browsers, also dont let the enemies spawn in the middle of the screen because it looks kind of cheesy, nice controls, they are easy to use and very responsive. Out of curiousity, how many levels will this have?

We're thinking of increasing the difficulty for each level in a space invaders or missile command manner. We understand that there are many things wrong with this flash, but the intent behind it is to be a beta test, get the functions all working, get the game play elements down and gather a feel for what should be implemented.

Not terrible not gold
everything functions allright, biggest PROBLEM was the guys spawning party way down sometimes at level with the tank. It seemed to me like it was mostly the blue dudes so if they have different coding for different guys check that.
Finish it up and submit the new version, although i'd suggest not submitting things this unfinished, most people aren't going to be willing to look at it from the point that its not finished yet and will shoot you to hell for it; you'll get better feedback from just having a friend check it.
