I would normally give this a 1 or a 0, but, since it's your first, I'll let it slide.
Needs a preloader. Make sure to crop out the white edges to where it all fits.
Nice try on the joke, I think it has failed, or maybe I just don't find that humor funny anymore. Maybe if he fisted his own ass while trying to suck himself off THEN maybe...
