Hmm..
I liked it, the only problem I can see is the animation is a LITTLE blocky, but still its good. And the one problem I had with it was the voices. I'm guessing you did them all, which is fine, but the characters voices didn't have enough emotion behind them and they all really sounded the same. Next time when you record the voices try harder, don't be afraid to really put your all into it, sound like a girl if you have to. But other than that, good flash.

The art was excellent, definitely true to the original.
The voice acting left something to be desired. One thing that's really odd to me is how incredibly faithful all the parodies so far have been to the original tankmen voices, and I can see why, the voices are really integral to the humor. Although I could hear you guys were trying, and it was pretty close, poor sound quality really took away from the effort.
Finally, some of the jokes just fizzled. For example, when the guy said 'Enemies? Like, people who want to kill us," you had a great set-up for some kind of joke, but you totally wasted it. The next thing that dude did had no relation to that quote; it made no sense. It's true the other guy responded 'We're gonna die,' but it didn't really exploit the setup very well. Having set up the first guy as a total idiot and a coward, you coulda had him try to fuck the tank's tailpipe one last time, or maybe turn and run smack into the crazy knife guy's knife, or something. Anything.
Sorry, I know that's a lot of criticism. Truth is, overall I thought this was pretty good. It's just it was close to being really good, but no cigar (cock joke). Recommended for teh collection.

the thing i recommend you do is make smoother animations. it takes a hell of alot of time, but its worth it. also when the tank runs him ofer. you have to make it look like he is getting run over. he just kinda stands there and goes behind the tank. u shud fix that.

Not bad at all, but where's the funny?
A parody of a comedy is a brave thing to attempt. The problem is, you've got to successfully make us laugh at the original or successfully make us laugh on your own.
While I like your animation, sound / voice, and all-around visual delivery, I think your humor failed to do either of the above for me. So I can't give you high marks for content. Work on your jokes / timing, and this would be absolutely grand!
