i absolutely loved this game

this game is incredibly addictive, i've played it for an hour nonstop, thats a lot for me! It's well-designed, well-programmed, and overall extremely fun.
the 9/10 is because i have noticed a couple of bugs.
1. the shield powerup (the purple circle), what does it do? i've noticed that sometimes a little spiky circle flashes around the character for a fraction of a second, but that's it.
2. the high scores. i wasn't able to submit my high score (a whopping 30482, at least i think it's whopping, i haven't actually seen the high scores) when you click the high scores button the mouse just flashes and npothing happens. i'm not sure if this is a bug of the game or if it's my flash (i'm running ubuntu linux and the flash tends to be buggy sometimes) so i didn't take off any points because of that doubt.
definitely adding to my faves.

It's probably due to the fact you played for so long (the connection to the highscores time out), you can go back and die to submit your score since it saves.

Great Game

Very good game. It was very laggy at first, but I did what you said in the author's comment and went to settings to set it to unlimited. That completely removed the lag. The game can get very difficult at times, but it's very addicting. Good job

Design Flaws

I can't even get a chance to play this game, no matter what pc I play it on it lags like CRAZY. It's not caused by anything specific either (IE it doesn't make a difference what quality I run it at or how many enemies are on screen etc), it just lags interminably at the same intervals OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER

don't let those people put u down it was a good game ill give it a better vote than review. i don't know if it was too laggy but keep making games!
