Maybe if there was... a game componant, perhaps? Like, make your character and then play a Madness Combat-styled game or some such?
There's nothing particularly awful about this, it's just I... don't get it. It's customizeable fan art for Madness.

Very poor
Bad graphics, very bad graphics. Also most of the weapons were stupid. Also, you could barley tell what your character looked like again because of the poor quality of the graphics. Just improve those and maybe add a few more backgrounds and this would be a decent game.
