I went through some other pictures by you, and you are absolutely astonishing in your artistry, you provoke many different emotions and feelings in one simple image, even this inspires me, lord only knows what it inspires me to do, but god do i love it.

Pretty good stuff, but you don't specify which software you used, I'll assume something like ZBrush for the rating. You could do hair in maya btw..
For the sculpt, be careful of the eye socket edge, especially on the eyebrow (yeah, they would be "hidden" under the hair, but still) it's way too sharp! The neck mucles aren't too defined too, since you look pretty slim.. = p
