I realize it was your first, but...
First flashes are never good. Now, just because I am giving you a low score does not mean this is a harsh review. I am merely rating the flash on its merits alone.
I don't know the first thing about flash, and I doubt I could do any better than this, but that isn't the basis for reviews. It's based on how much the viewer liked it. That said, this is not something that was entertaining to me, or something I would watch a second time. However, that is understandable, as you are new to this. Do not let this discourage you. If you did, it would only make you worse off as a flash artist.
Get better, try again, and don't give up.

There seem to be a lot "firsts" coming out lately.. Any way, nice job for a first flash. you might wanna check out the glitch where at the beginning when your stick man jumps, it glitches for a sec. And the rest I pretty much agree with Frenzy's comment below me.

for a first movie this was well done, music and some different sound effects would have been nice. Also don't forget to utilize the fact that you were on buildings, have some stick guys climbing up after the black stick, have the hero go into the buildings and make it longer. All in all though it was very good. Look foward to the sequal
