Really fun.
Packed with oodles of fun and enjoyment! Good music, decent animation, decent art, but somewhat annoying sound. Nothing really much to say about the music... semi-fitting? Very fitting?

One suggestion...
Try writing it so the cat won't stop moving up or down while eating a mouse. Other than that, try adding powerups, or something more than Time, Points, or Negative Points.
