Nice style, needs work
Good artistic style, the artwork and lipsync was pretty good. Personally though, you might want to add some background music or something, and clean the audio a little bit, it cracks alot. I didn't really understand where you where going with the dialogue though, kinda random, but still had some minor flow at least.

This was a good flash, and for a first animation, it went really well! Couple of things.
A. Their bodies dissipate, like the lower part of their bodies, it's random, and kind of annoys people. For example, when the monkey is holding the gun, his right arm is gone from the elbow down, kind of distracting.
B. I saw the big guy slide in, but really, you would think he would have a giant walking gait to him, as in, he would stomp his way into the room. The small monkey would be the one slowly sliding away.
Not bad, not bad at all, just don't get lazy on the animations!
