I like the overall tone of the whole story, supported with the silence and the shading. It was also very well-drwn.

Allegory, sure, but what's the meta for?
I thought this was awesome, but I never saw the allegory (or the crocodile, for that matter.) Maybe the allegory don't come out if it's not wet. I'm glad nobody got eaten by the allegory. :)
You did a great job, and have added value to NG with your art. THANK YOU! The only critique I can offer is that the face shape movements might be more expressive if they were frame by frame. 10/10 and thanks again.
