Well then...
Let me just say, I absolutely love the style of your artwork in this, and it's a fresh presentation of the Madness world. It's not perfect, but it's got a unique and interesting, yet somewhat familiar flavor... and I'm enjoying it. I definitely want to see you doing more in this vein.
Now then, the whole music video thing works out fairly well... reminds me a lot of MindChamber's "With My Mind's Madness", with one big difference: your song choice... wasn't exactly the best. Trying not to be biased here, but it jumps from Drowning Pool-esque screamo to some pretty mellow APC-quality vocals without any form of transition, and the style of your animation doesn't really fit the former. Still, the parts that did agree with the animation went with it well...
Regarding your actual animation, then, what you've got going is certainly the right idea, but it's pretty choppy, maybe even sloppy at parts. If you can just polish up your animating skills to match your artistic skills, then you'll be putting out some real quality submissions.
