I like it.
I like your art/animation style. The backgrounds and animated bits, although different, mesh very well with each other.
However, I'm not a big fan of the music. It's not that I don't like the music, I just don't think it goes with the animation too well. Consider something more upbeat and jazzy, as that's what's found in the visuals.

I got to say that I actually liked that. Niiiiice motion put into that, all keyframe animating I noticed. Who needs motion tweening right? Good job.
