I don't see what everyone's problem is. The joke while being off the wall is good and unexpected. Plus now I know why the Witch attacks me everytime she sees me. Although that might be because I shoot her. I digress, love the animation style as well. Keep it up.

It wasn't PERFECT by all means, but it's just a nice fun little short. I've faced Witches myself and I know how... deceiving they can be. Brrrr...

Oh sure it's actually stylized like you said (Which i noticed is, believe it or not, a rarity). That just doesn't change the point that the joke fell flat and wasn't very humorous.
The only thing in it that gave me a smirk was the reactions to the safe house, and that Francis looked little like he actually does in the game.
