I judge based purely on lyrical content and have my own scoring system...
-verse1: 6 points (1 great diss "beating rampant is not exactly an achievement", 3 good disses, a fair amount of mediocre disses that didnt reach their full potential)
-verse2: -1 point (2 good disses, 3 bad disses/flips... such as flipping his insult that you use empty threats of violence with an empty threat of violence)
-verse3: 3 points (3 good disses but on the soft side, a fair amount of references i didnt understand)
-verse4: 4 points (4 good disses)

AxTekk got it, FatBeats just sucked. Ax was more on beat definitely.
Axtekk lost. Fat Beats knew how to rap on beat and had relevant lines, he was getting my vote. Didn't like all the beat space in the beginning here I felt could have been used for some more creative shit, even if just to hype it up. Didn't get some of the flows and felt like each one could have reviewed what they wrote to make it fit instead of trying to cram it in one line.

I have to give my vote to AxTekk on this one. He was very specific with his rhymes and on point with his flow. FatBeats didn't really show up to battle until his final verse.
