I'm going to review this for what it is...
...something that tries to be funny, nothing more, nothing less. I say "tries" because some people are going to watch this and laugh (like me), while others are going to hate it and wonder what the hell is going on, and in the end, we're all right. Some are going to think there was no point in making this, while others will find the humor in it. It's not going to be funny for everyone. There's no point in critiquing it for its random and choppy animation style because once again, that's the humor of it. So what should be judged is the humor and timing of this cartoon, and in the end, yeah, I found it funny. But what I found the most interesting about this is that while there are tons of things on newgrounds I found way more funny then this, somehow I kept remembering this cartoon the most, and that's because it has the same appeal of a bad song you can't get out of your head, and that can be really hard to pull off, so I congratulate the creator on that. You just made a "who let the dogs out" of cartoons. In short, this cartoon should be critiqued more on its content and less on its actual animation, and whether you find it funny or not, it should at least be acknowledged for its ability to get stuck in your head.
