Sorry, but no. This is a vector animation, not a GIF. Many of the GIFs used commonly here on NG are licensed in various countries throughout the world and are illegal to use. The same is true for some videos.
Furthermore, I can't "make them hotter" if you don't explain what you dislike about the girl. Are the breasts too small? the eyes too big? the shading not smooth enough? I would be happy to provide options to let you customize the girl to your liking, but you have to tell me what you want.
The other two tips, however, have already been taken care of in my next animation.
