Reviews for "Operation Neptune: Part 1"

Great!

Although, the art wasn't the best (though it was good), the animation and the flash overall was great. Can't wait for the next one.

Thanks man

umm its kinda in the middle..

its okay but you should definately work on the animation.i like the whole madness idea and this sems like an original idea for it. another thing is that either my computer is slow or theres a lag on your thing....

dude, hi five!

seriously, this is the best vid i have reviewed today.
you had great info, a story line, and although the animation was not the best, it was good and you used it in awesome situations.
the best thing was the fact that you stuck to the story and remained consistent. thats good in a flash, keep up the awesome work!

I remember your first Madness WWII Flash.

This is THREE TIMES better than that. Great work!

Sound effects switched it up throughout, and the background music was never overbearing or too quiet; it was just right.

Anatomically, the Madness characters themselves remained consistent. The only inconsistency is when the Private is looking around the corner, and at one moment the church was there by itself, and the next moment, the German soldiers seemed to just appear.

You switched up the camera-angles well, there were no "Nazi-Posters" like in the last one, but there was nice ambient grafitti. The background noises and planes flying in the background were an excellent touch.

All in all this was a very well-thought-out Madness WWII flash.

But, I'm also going to leave you with constructive criticism.

1. I love that you opted for the voice acting route. If I were to criticize the voices (which were very well recorded) I would only advise you to voice ACT:
They're in a war-zone, in the middle of the fighting, they would be trying to shout over the all-but-deafening war noises. Sneaking around, the private would whisper what he saw around the corner. Throughout the flash, it generally seemed to be at the same tone. For example, the one line I thought was the least acted was "Well, the war is over for him."
2. The Enemy AI. If three soldiers are firing at a soldier, trying to flush him out from behind a corner, and a grenade landed at his feet, I would expect some kind of reaction other than sit there and take it. Even if they genuinely were unaware of their empending doom, that should've been better established.

Cannot, repeat, CAN NOT wait to see what you got next. If your rate of improvement continues at this rate, I wouldn't be surprised to see your next flash on the front page.

As for this one, Voting 5. Great job!

Sweet!

I'm really impressed with this. I might even say I'm envious a bit.
