Well the flash "looks" great. I'm severely impressed by the visuals. You can tell that the visuals were a primary goal in making this piece of flash. There wasn't any real story or plot, but I don't think that was your goal here. Basically this is like a commercial, or a trailer, or even a teaser, you just wanted to set up an introduction with your audience to your character "Glen".
I hope you make more flash, doesn't have to be about Glen, but I like your visual style, hopefully you'll put together great visuals with an intense story to make a true #1 slot flash animation.
You're right, it doesn't belong in #1, but it does belong somewhere up there.
