Good attempt
When most people watch this video people are going to jump to the conclusion straight away it was poor because of the bad quality of the animation which im sorry it was. Having said that the style of your animation was nothing I have ever seen on newgrounds and just for that deserves a pat on the back. The actuall skills on the boards were impressive and it flowed well. I have seen now 3 types of stick animation now, fighting, dancing and skateboarding. I suggest tweek your pictures and make them a bit better. After that try to perfect even further your skateboarding animation and you will stand out from all the crowd. Overall quite pleasing.

I hope so.
It had a nice sense of completeness in the scenery and character art (although it was simple). Interesting sort of arena feel to it.
The music kept me edgy.
Work on your animation, next time. Your characters need to have more keyframes, by which I mean they need to change their pose more often. Most of the animation was obviously tweened and your end result suffers for it.
