Reviews for "StarBaron - Campaigns"

I know that it's been a while, and you're probably not going to fix this, but occasionally I get softlocked (game does not crash, but it's impossible to progress without resetting the level) due to an enemy ship accidentally going off course and out of the map. This sometimes happens to my ship as well, but not as often. Even if it happens to a player ship, it's not a softlock, as the layer only needs to destroy all enemy ships and capture all enemy systems to win.
Possible solutions I can think of to the SL:
1) Putting a time limit for how long a ship can fly from one waypoint to the next. If it exceeds this time limit, then it goes boom. This could pose a problem when programming the instructions to do this if the timer forgets to deactivate and reset while in orbit.
2) put a death barrier all around the map at distances greater than what the player can see. Personally, I think that this solution to my nitpicking is probably the simplest and easiest to implement should you decide to update this game.

Still a great game, I tried Auralux on my phone and it just made me want to find this game. Couldn't remember the name, so glad I found it again. Look, it's over 10 years old, so it's a little clunky. But honestly? Some great ideas here. @hiimquinn The secret is that you need to flank planets to get the multiplier boost. It's the best way to take down well-defended planets. Mines are their own thing, of course. But definitely not impossible, as long as you don't attack head on (as the tutorial says).

So basically what I've learned is: Once a planet is mined or defended, it's pointless to attack it, as it takes far more ships than it could ever be worth to actually overtake it.

It's ok. Would prefer more units and faster gameplay. It runs extremely slow sometimes.

Beat it and not satisfied.

Still one of the best, only outdone by the original beta you released.
