As for your trying to convert the masses, it won't work, seriously. People that eat meat do so for a reason, it's natural. It provides needed proteins that without you couldn't live. Even if you do eat beans, some people can't in parts of the country due to the flatulance it causes. Yes I know these are just pinto beans, but bean variety is fairly limited, except to people who live in cities. Yes I know lima beans are also available, but quite a few people are alergic to them. Eating solely plants goes against the natural order. All previous civilizations have known this. The most noble being the Native Americans who truly lived in harmony with nature.
Vegetarianism is impossible to support without modern day society. When our civilization crumbles, we will go back to being omnivores instead of the unhealthy carnivores and prissy herbivores in our society.
