For those of you that think this is impossible you Need to Use the Sedate in the top right corner!!!
I beat the first level with out it but but it was almost impossible and after 30 minutes of trying.
Very challenging and addicting/ great concept ideas and execution--I think there could even be a series with this..

the best of the series and everybody stop complaining, if u can't get the concept of the game then it's ur own fault coz ur so dumb. But to be honest, this game was a lil bit too easy.
First off, awesome installment to the series...
Secondly, Awesome soundtrack. and Thirdly to the user below me, listen, from the way you are talking, you are probably around the age of 12-13 or even youger. Why do you have to say Faggot? the true definition of faggot is a pile of sticks or another term for a ciggarete, also, the reason why his health is going down is possibly ue to bloodloss, and it is probably the amount of time before he loses conciousness and then dies. Also, have you been in any sort of excruciating pain? have you ever broken any bones, or like in the game, have you lost any fingers? I think not, so therefore, you have no idea what this guy is feeling, he is doing good just to stay concious throughout the entire procedure. Please do research before you post and please don't make yourself look like a total mindless ingrade like you have just demonstrated to other goers of newgrounds. As for the game and music... AWESOME!!!

I like the final surgery. its like saw. only instead of escaping a crazy guy, its a crazy sim guy. the finger one was SWEET. i also liked your "light cut" you7 should make more of both
I loved the first, loved the second even more.
This was still pretty spot on, although not quite as good. The moments where you had to pull out a long object were too many and sometimes pretty frustrating. Ah well, it was still fun, and although I thought the story was a tad lame, the ending was pretty good. ^_^' Heh... that's one way to get the voices out of your head.
