I've always loved the Dark Cut series! They were one of the first flash games that introduced me to Newgrounds! Today they are still intense and cringe-worthy. Thank you so much for making them :)

For everybody saying how hard it is, just keep the sedation level above 50 at all times. As far as I can tell there are no negative consequences and it makes their life go down far slower.
Anyways, this game was absolutely amazing. The surgeries themselves really captured how the surgeon might have felt in the scenarios. That, along with the absolutely amazing music from maestrorage made this game a definite 5-stars.
