There's potential
There is evidence of planning and story boarding, which is always a good base for any sort of production of this calibur. However, there are many points you can improve on.
Try varying your line thicknesses to create a more defined style for your drawings. Just having one, thin thickness is bland to the viewer's eyes. Also, the voice acting could use some work. Perhaps experiment with frame by frame animation too, even if it's for little effects. Consistancy in art is also a plus.

Pacing is all wrong
I like the animation and most of the sound effects (minus the homer simpson esque voice of David), but my main problem with this is pacing. It's ok to build up to a decent joke over a long period of time, but for me much of this was merely retelling the story of the game we have all played a couple of times and know by heart. More jokes please!
