Substance lacking
Good... but I'm with PVT-Blasto. This toon was very aimless, and lacked subtance terribly. Random is good, but to a certain extent.
Just wasnt really funny
I've always loved Joe Cartoons, but they really do seem to be getting weaker and weaker. This one was pointless, and not really in a funny way.
