I hate WIPs!
Ok, the sprites were decent, well done, the bg could use some work, and the song sort of played over the top of the FX. It's very very short, and a personal hate of mine is when authors submit work that is still a work in progress... = /
It's a decent piece, just don't submit anything until you have something of a decent length (without loss of quality) to submit...

Alright, where to start...? Oh, ya! You get a terrible rating because it was way too short and because Emil won. Emil is a dirtbag. You do, however, get one point for using Tales Of.
i will rate this review negative, because you talked dirty about Emil, i like emil, and millions of other people do to, so please say that "you like him a bit less" in the future.
Short but good.
The actual animation was really good. But it was a little short. Perhaps try extending it a bit.
Also, you could probably change the rating to Mild Violence, its not really that bad at all.
