Reviews for "_-=[A Kingdom for Alan]=-_"

Wow, leave this place for a month...

Remember back in February, when we were talking and you were complaining about how everybody zero'ed your work and the only two artists people listened to were B0UNC3 and Paragon9X?

I hate to be the one to break it to you, man, but you're getting yourself a fan club now.

This is Alan's theme for Tristan's story? Or was this for Knights of Eadon? If the latter, I can't believe I missed this one in-game.

Anyway, as I've said: of all the artists I know, you're the one that improves his skill the quickest. You've compoesed for ten months, and your mastery of music theory is obvious. Rather than using one or two lines of music, and just have multiple instruments playing, you get a very nice blend of music now. Before, listening to your music was enjoyable; now, it's a treat.

The one thing I noticed that I didn't like so much in your music was that the part with the bells seemed to clash with the choir aahs a little. There was just one second where things seemed a bit off.

Congrats on your success on Newgrounds!

MaestroSorrow responds:

This is indeed Alan's theme for Tristan's story.

I fully agree with your analysis on the bells, though for most part, this was a very experimental piece, and i'm quite surprised it turned out the way it did.

Thanks for the review man, always appreciated ^^.

I am Genie

Meastro your in big trouble mister :)... I sent you that collab weeks ago and have heard nothing from you since. I'm afraid u've forgotten me again. Well... besides that point. This particular piece... hmm.. I'm not sure it's up to caliber with all your others. It's good in it's own right... but something always sounds a bit off. Not sure what... it's my ear always listening for things. :)... regardless great work man... u never receive less than a 5 from me anyways :P

MaestroSorrow responds:

oh Dan, you know I love you. I've already told you about that collab, but it WILL BE DONE! By heaven and hell, it WILL BE DONE!

thanks for the review man, means a good deal coming from you.

You're ALIVE!!!!!

you disappeared on us for quite a while.. glad to see that you're still making music. as always.. i've fallen in love with this song. there were some distortions with the choir aah's like someone below had stated. but i still love it to pieces!!!

i2 (rabbitz)

p.s. where can i find edirol orchestral?
and... did you ever get that piano file??

MaestroSorrow responds:

Edirol Orchestral is pretty old, I don't know if its findable anymore (made in 2002 I believe).

I did get the piano file, and I use it, but i'm not good enough with the piano to make use of it yet ^^. Thanks for the reivew i2abbitz, its good to be back.

...Mighty!...

Hello! Chrizzly reviewing again...Youve got a very, very, very, very ,very nice quality/clarity on your songs and it makes your songs sound so, so,so professional...it's a great classical piece, and you better keep it up or i'll kick your ass!

MaestroSorrow responds:

well thats a first, a compliment shortly followed by bodily harm threats ^^.

For you then Chrizzly, 10 new songs!

Thanks for the review man, means a lot to me ^^.

One day, ONE DAY...

...your shoes will be mine, mwahahahahaaa...! Then I'll be able to pull astounding music from the very air around me! Soon...

But seriously, This is astounding; I think Alan would very much like this to be played in his castle all day long it's so grandiose (hooray for MIDI choirs, yaay!). I would review all your works, but I don't like repeating myself :).

6/5.

MaestroSorrow responds:

Hmm, my shoes are stinky and full of moss, i'll mail them to you, but have a priest at hand, much burning will occur.

Thanks for the review, i'll try to keep it up! (Go midi choirs!!!)
