Not so bad, but...
On the background erasing step you suggest tracing bitmap. That's not a good approach, because BitmapData works much faster then your vector boxes, that you will get after tracing.

Detailed, but still missing some advance stuff
I like the fact that you brought in things like the Ease ability, using extra poses for better effects, and stretching, as well as getting some thing down like how to keep your quality high, but some things still get kept out. Was kinda hoping for high advance stuff like blurring and such, but I guess this is cool. Very nice.
