That was a good flash and a good funny story. This is just awesome 10/10

Whoever voice acted the Joker and Commissioner Gordon was waaaay too quiet and did not push his voice enough. You need to add some emotion and power into the voice. You seem to trail off or whisper at inappropriate times. Batman's voice was excellent, of course, as you'd expect nothing less from Egoraptor.
The animation style was good. It had that "quickly drawn" style with intentionally simple characters, which works for this type of comedy flash. The timing was good on the comedy, and I loved batman in this video. Well the whole thing rides on Egoraptor and his performance a lot.
For instance the "you complete me" line was done completely wrong. You act it too much like "matter of fact" and not enough difference between when you should be mad or mocking batman. It's like the Joker's tone was the exact same the whole time.
But all in all it was good and enjoyable. The fact that it was really funny makes up for a lot of the voices.
