Oh Voigt...

This was your worst ever, literally unspeakable in it's mediocority.

It is disimilar to most flashes in humor, and even animation as you as an artist are, but it was not long enough or developed enough to stand ground as a worthy front page establishment.

I'll never fault you on your aesthetics, the animation and voice acting are completely spot on of course. But please, as much as I appreciate your gritty choice of humor, with the blandness of it holding up as it's charm, for as a Brit I do have that side of me in conjunction with the Aussie pysche, it must be said that this was not spectacular as a short.

I appreciated the transvesitish yet altogether masculine man and the butch female going to battle, then sickeningly but humorously inducing morphation into affair; I failed however to really sit back in the end smiling over the intelligence of the flash I had just watched, nor was I ever really lol'ing as such. I wouldn't laugh out loud at this ever, and really, this is basically the worst thing I've seen you come out with.

Evaluation? By any new artist on NG, I would commend this as an unfulfilled but promising showing of flash creation, but by Chris Voigt, I don't feel too good about it. Although I would reccommend to you, that if you can make a 4 to 5 minute showing of this island concept, I would be most intruiged to see it.

6/10 3/5. You have responded to one of my reviews before, some recognition of this advice would be well looked upon. But apart from that, look forward to your future releases, as long as they are not like this lol.

I didn't laugh but other people have. It had nice animation and drawings so that was alright. I'll give it an 8, seems you worked hard and a lot of others liked it.

You missed the funny

That was just... stupid. It was short, unfunny, and failed to make any attempts at humor beyond "Get it!?! SEX!"

Just think about it. The plot you gave was that there was a masochist-populated island. How could you possibly not make a single decent joke about that topic? You actually delivered "Was that pain... or PLEASURE?" as though it was supposed to be funny. Pathetic

The only thing it has going for it is what all of your movies have going for it, and that's good animation and decent voice acting. It's time that you start being held accountable for where you fall short, and that's in the humor department

Your cartoons are not funny, and this one is no exception. It's a shame that I'm one of the few people who will give you the criticism you deserve, but I suppose that's to be expected

My constructive criticism would be to stop being such a god-awful writer, and focus on something other than the animation. Maybe sprinkle a little bit of actual humor on dop of your dogshit cartoons

look something i've had to deal with in life is that my sense of humour is vastly different to most. there is a minority of people who share it however and if you scroll through the reviews of this and my other cartoons you will find that many of them find them funny. If they're not to your tastes stop watching.
